Over the years, I have been blessed to have a great support system. Family and friends of our daughter, Brittany have gone out of their way to support our mission. They are such a huge part of the reason that Brighter Beginnings opened it's doors on July 12, 2010.

A special "Thank You" to my mother, Nancy for continually putting every effort into making this dream a reality. Through love, support, patience, strength and understanding you have always been my greatest support and Brittany's greatest cheerleader.

Thank you to my Aunt Betty, for going above and beyond to help with Brighter Beginnings. From taking classes to proof reading and rewriting, your gift of knowledge, love and support will never be forgotten.

Thank you to my Uncle Bob (the builder). The furniture that you have built for this center is beautiful. You have helped so many children by giving them the tools they need to move forward with their journey. Brittany may hold a grudge, but it will help her tremendously.

Thank you to my late Grandmother, Doris and Stepfather, Jim for always supporting our dreams for Brittany and having such a tremendous impact on my life.

Lastly, Thank you to my husband, Lee for being so patient, understanding and always standing behind me. Even on the "not so good" days you manage to smile and nod. Not only a wonderful husband, but a wonderful daddy too.
